1. Which are the countries that State Of Mind SG ship to and what are the estimated delivery timeframes to receive my order?

We do not deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses.
The couriers we select only accept direct deliveries to standard addresses.

2. Will I be charged for taxes and import duties for my purchases?
If you refuse the purchases/items upon delivery or if the purchases/items are unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the purchases/items (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

4. What happens if I miss my delivery?
Please note: Any additional return fees and redelivery fees will be incurred.
5. Can I request for my purchased items to be left outside of my place if there isn't anyone at home to receive it at that time of delivery?
That said, you may request for the delivery to be rearranged at another date and time to your convenience and availability.
6. Am I able to change my delivery information and if so, how do I do it after placing my order?
If you are too late to inform us about the amendments in your delivery purchase and your order has been dispatched and is on its way by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it in time.
So we'd highly recommend for you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments as we do not want your purchased order to not reach you at all.
