1. Which are the countries that State Of Mind SG ship to and what are the estimated delivery timeframes to receive my order?

You may refer to the below table for the estimated shipping rates and delivery time frames for the destinations where we ship to:

We do not deliver to Post Office (PO) box addresses.

The couriers we select only accept direct deliveries to standard addresses.

*Buyers are responsible for any additional custom import taxes that may be applicable.

Delivery timeframes exclude the packing of your order upon confirmation which usually takes about 1-2 days. All deliveries come with a tracking number.

2. Will I be charged for taxes and import duties for my purchases?

Your purchased items may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your purchased items, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

If you refuse the purchases/items upon delivery or if the purchases/items are unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the purchases/items (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.

3. Where can I find more information about taxes and import duties for specific destinations?

For more information on estimated import taxes and custom fees, you may refer to this website.

The information provided in the link or on our website regarding taxes or import duties should only be used as a reference. For the most accurate and up to date information, it is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order.

4. What happens if I miss my delivery? 

After 3 delivery attempts, of if it has exceeded 21 days from dispatch date, whichever is earlier, your purchased item will be returned to us and we'd be happy to redeliver your purchased items to you again.

Please note: Any additional return fees and redelivery fees will be incurred.

5. Can I request for my purchased items to be left outside of my place if there isn't anyone at home to receive it at that time of delivery?

It is possible but we don't recommend it. We highly encourage your purchased item to reach you safely and thus, a signature by the recipient upon receiving the delivery is necessary.

That said, you may request for the delivery to be rearranged at another date and time to your convenience and availability. 

Please note: Any additional return fees and redelivery fees will be incurred. 

6. Am I able to change my delivery information and if so, how do I do it after placing my order?

You won't be able to amend your delivery info and address after placing an order. However, you may reach out to us at shop@stateofmindsg.com if you require assistance and we'll do what we can to assist you.

If you are too late to inform us about the amendments in your delivery purchase and your order has been dispatched and is on its way by the time we relay your request to our delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it in time.

So we'd highly recommend for you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments as we do not want your purchased order to not reach you at all.
