Over at State Of Mind SG, we are consistently thinking of ways to reduce our carbon footprint so we currently do not accept any returns and exchanges.
You must reach out to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the item upon delivery with a valid Order Reference number.
- Reach out to us at email@example.com within 30 working days from the date of which you received the item(s) and include the Order Reference number, images of the item(s) and reasons for requesting a refund.
- Please ensure that you have created an account with us here as the store credit will be refunded directly to your account.
- Store Credit will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.
Reimbursement & processing time
After your refund has been confirmed, you'll be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Your return will be processed within 14 business days from when we receive it.
